Suspension Appeal

The Financial Aid Office has established an appeal process for students whose aid has been suspended due to the failure to meet Satisfactory Progress requirements. Reasons for a review of your status may include medical issues, death in the family, or other family crisis. You may be required to submit documentation to support your particular situation (i.e. hospital bills, letter from doctor, etc.) Be sure to explain your situation in full detail. Decision to approve or deny your appeal will be based on your explanation on this form.
